CAFCC: Benjamin Tenimu charges Insurance to remain upbeat for RS Berkane trip
By Wale Mustapha
Bendel Insurance FC defender, Benjamin Tenimu has asked his team mates not to give up on their chances to making through the next stage of this year’s CAF Confederation Cup.
Insurance will be taking on RS Berkane for the return leg fixture of African second tier club competition in Morocco after both teams canceled each others out for a 1-1 draw in the first leg decided in Benin last weekend.
The Benin Arsenals will be heading to North Africa as an underdog, having failed to hold their own on home soil in the first leg despite the miserable records of Nigerian teams against the clubs on the continent.
And Tenimu has tasked his mates to trust their ability as he ssures  progressing to the group stage of the competition.
“We need to believe in ourselves ahead of the return leg,” he posted on his social media handle.
“With determination, we can progress to the group stage of the competition.”
The winner of the tie will secure a ticket to the money spinning group stage of the competition.
