Daniel Daga shines as Molde FK cruise to big win in Norwegian Cup

Nigerian midfielder Daniel Daga delivered a standout performance as Molde FK thrashed Elnesvågen 7–0 in the Norwegian Cup on Sunday.

Daga, who was benched during Molde’s recent league loss to Sandefjord, seized his chance to impress with a goal and an assist in the emphatic win.

The 17-year-old netted the fourth goal of the match and later set up Berisha V for the seventh and final strike in stoppage time (90+2).

His dynamic showing in midfield not only underlined his growing influence at the club but also strengthened his case for a starting role in Molde’s upcoming Eliteserien clash against Bodo/Glimt this weekend.
