Daniel Ogunmodede ecstatic over Remo Stars contract extension

By Saheed Afolabi
Remo Stars gaffer, Daniel Ogunmodede is enraptured to extend his contract with the Ikenne based Nigeria Premier Football League outfit.
Ogunmodede signed a three-year extension deal with the Sky Blue Stars that would expire in 2027.
He described Remo Stars as his project that he has worked so hard to improve with success orientated consistency, citing the new contract as a huge motivation to win more laurels.
“Saying I am glad is an understatement. This is my club, my project,” Daniel told Remo Stars media.
“I’ve been here for years now, doing my thing and working relentlessly hard with a consistent behavioural pattern.
“The good thing is I am happy that the club is able to see what I’ve done so far to have counted me worthy to have another (contract) extension. It is a big motivation for me to know that they appreciate what I’ve done so far.”
Ogunmodede led Remo Stars to a second place NPFL finish last season. He will lead the Sky Blue Stars in the CAF Champions League with a first round tie against AS FAR from Morocco.
