Crystal Palace has set its sights on Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika, currently with Club Brugge, as they seek to strengthen their squad.
The Super Eagles midfielder has caught the attention of several top European clubs, including Barcelona, prompting Palace to send scouts to monitor his performances this season, as reported by Voetbal 24.
Club Brugge is reportedly willing to part with Onyedika for around €30 million when the transfer window reopens in January.
Despite some disciplinary issues on the field, scouts remain impressed by his exceptional talent and potential, solidifying his status as a sought-after player in the transfer market.
Previously, Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray made an unsuccessful €15 million bid for Onyedika, highlighting his growing value.
As the January transfer window approaches, Crystal Palace may face stiff competition from elite clubs like Barcelona in their pursuit of the Super Eagles midfielder.
