Shooting Stars beat Ranchers Bees to end NPFL winless run

Shooting Stars returned to winning ways in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) with a convincing 3-1 victory over Ranchers Bees.

The Oluyole Warriors took control early at home when Desmond Ojietefian opened the scoring in the 14th minute.

Ranchers Bees responded by drawing level through Isah Ndala Aliyu in the 38th minute. However, Shooting Stars restored their advantage before the interval, with Damilola Akinola scoring in the third minute of first-half stoppage time.

The Ibadan-based side continued to dominate after the break and extended their lead in the 71st minute. Qamar Adegoke completed the scoring to secure an important win for the hosts.
