Rumour Mills: Joe Aribo nears Southampton exit amid Rangers’ return

Nigerian midfielder, Joe Aribo has requested to end his relationship with English Championship side, Southampton this summer.
The Saints suffered their third consecutive immediate relegation from English Premier League, EPL last season.
Aribo barely make the matchday squad in the latter stages of the campaign under interim manager Simon Rusk.
The 28-year-old has reportedly told Southampton he wants to leave the club this summer, according to the Daily Record.
The Super Eagles’ star has set his sights on a return to his former club, Rangers.
Aribo left the Light Blues for the St Mary’s Stadium in 2022, and he still remain a popular figure with the Ibrox after spending three impressive seasons with the club.
