African football icon, Roger Milla has predicted an intense encounter when Nigeria take on Cameroon in the knockout stage of African Cup of Nations, AFCON encounter on Saturday.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will rekindle their rivalries with the Indomitable Lions for a place in the quarterfinals of the tourney at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan, on Saturday.

The Super Eagles will be heading to the clash as favorites haven emerged victorious in their last two AFCON meetings with Cameroon.

Milla, who was part of the Cameroonian side that defeated the Super Eagles in the final in 1984 and 1988, refused to stick out his neck on who will the game.

“It’s going be an intense game. It’s a game between two brothers who know each other very well,” the Cameroonian legend told media.

“It’s difficult to predict who is going to win the game at the moment.”

The Super Eagles have won the tournament three times while Cameroon are the second most successful side with five titles to their credits.
