Bendel Insurance blames mistakes for defeat Against Katsina United

Bendel Insurance FC has attributed their 2-1 defeat to Katsina United in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday Two to crucial mistakes.
The Benin Arsenals fell to the Chanji Boys at the Mohammed Dikko Stadium on Sunday, with a late goal from Azeez Falolu securing victory for the hosts. Bello Lukman equalized for Katsina United after an early goal from James Orosanye put Insurance FC in the lead.
Despite the setback, Insurance FC, who now have just one point from their first two fixtures, has urged their players to recover quickly and focus on upcoming matches.
“Late-minute mistakes cost us. The boys are understandably down after their spirited efforts fell short. However, we need to stand up and move forward,” the club stated on their official X account.
Insurance FC will aim to bounce back when they host Shooting Stars at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin on Saturday.
