Nigerian winger Uchechi Okoye joins Rajecko as a free agent

Nigerian right winger Uchechi Okoye has joined Rajecko as a free agent, completing his move to the Czech club on 5 September 2026.

The 20-year-old arrives after leaving Jihlava earlier in 2026. Okoye had joined Jihlava from Jihlava Under-19 in July 2025, following a spell with Right2Win SA.

Okoye has recorded 10 goals in 30 appearances across 1. liga U19 and the MSFL. He scored five times in 16 Under-19 appearances and added five goals in 14 MSFL matches. He also featured once in the MOL Cup.

The Nigeria-born attacker now continues his career with Rajecko, where he will provide an option on the right side of the attack.

His transfer to Rajecko was registered on 5 September 2026.
