Rumour Mills: Leeds United eye move for Zaidu Sanusi

English Championship side Leeds United are reportedly targeting Nigerian defender Zaidu Sanusi ahead of the next summer transfer window.

Sanusi, who joined Porto in 2020 from Santa Clara, has struggled for regular playing time this season.

The 27-year-old Super Eagles full-back has made just three league appearances so far, leading to speculation about his future at the Portuguese club.

According to Africafoot, Leeds United have already initiated talks with Porto regarding a potential move for the Nigerian international.

The Whites are reportedly prepared to offer £2 million to secure Sanusi’s services.

The defender is eager to leave Porto next summer in search of more playing time, and a move to Leeds United could offer him the opportunity to reinvigorate his career.
