Super Eagles arrive in Uyo ahead of Zimbabwe 2026 World Cup Qualifier duel

The Nigeria men’s senior national team have arrived in Uyo ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Zimbabwe on Tuesday.

The three-time African champions touched down at Victor Attah International Airport on Saturday afternoon, following their 2-0 victory over Rwanda on Friday.

Coach Eric Chelle’s side will take advantage of a brief rest before resuming training on Sunday morning as they prepare for the crucial clash that could further enhance their qualification hopes for next year’s World Cup.

Victor Osimhen scored twice in the first half to secure a commanding win for Nigeria in Kigali, and the Super Eagles are now focused on extending their winning streak against Zimbabwe.
