Lazio manager optimistic of Fisayo Dele-Bashiru’s success

Lazio coach, Marco Baroni has set a high prospective success for Fisayo Dele-Bashiru at the club.

The Nigeria international moved to Italy on loan in the summer from Hatayspor with huge expectations and Baroni revealed Dele-Bashiru has accepted the club’s project and hopes results turns out positive this season to draw out joy from fans.

“He (Dele-Bashiru) was born in Manchester, he too has embraced this new project. We hope to soon achieve the desired results for the joy of the fans and the club,” Baroni told Lazio site.

Lazio finished in seventh position on the Serie A table last season with 61 points from 38 games and will kickstart the 2024/2024 season at home against Venezia on Sunday, August 18.

Ogenyi Onazi, Stephen Makinwa, and Daniel Ola are Nigeria descent who has previously worn the shirts of Lazio.
