Nigeria midfielder, Emmanuel Favour inspired her Russian side, Lokomotiv Moscow, to a 2-0 win in the first leg of the 2024 Russian Women’s Cup semi-final.
The former Bayelsa Queens star scored the first goal of the encounter in the 42nd minute of play to put her side in an advantageous position going into the second half.
Five minutes into the second half, Brazilian player Laissa Nascimento Santos doubled the lead for the visitors.
