NPFL: Ikorodu City anticipates arrival of Enugu Rangers for reschedule fixture

By Wale Mustapha
Ikorodu City have confirmed their readiness for the rescheduled Matchday Two fixture against Enugu Rangers in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The Oga Boys will host the reigning champions at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan on Wednesday.
After securing their first point in the NPFL with a goalless draw against Kwara United on Sunday, Ikorodu City is now shifting focus to their first home game of the season.
“We welcome the defending champions in this midweek rescheduled MD2 fixture,” the club announced on X.
It’s worth noting that Ikorodu City faced a challenging start to the season, having suffered a 3-0 defeat in their opening match against Kano Pillars.
The team is eager to make a stronger showing at home against the champions.
