OFFICIAL: Ezekiel Motunrayo joins Valencia

By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

Spanish women’s top-flight side, Valencia CF Femenino, signed the international attacker with Nigeria, Ezekiel Motunrayo, until June 2026.

Valencia CF Femenino has reached an agreement with 21-year-old Nigerian international striker Motunrayo to wear the black and white jersey until June 30, 2026.

An attacking footballer, she can play on the right wing and as a center forward, taking advantage of her speed in space and good arrival at goal.

The player, who was born in Nigeria on May 30, 2003, joined the Spanish Liga F women’s side from Naija Ratels in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership, having played for Rivers Angels during the 2023/24 season.

Before that, she was with Lakeside Queens since 2017.

Motunrayo is expected to add her goal-scoring prowess to the Spanish side, which is not having a good time in the league.

After 16 games, Valencia occupy the bottom position on the league table with six points.

The team has scored five goals and conceded a whooping 26, which had to change now with Motunrayo as her new team is nine points behind Betis and four points short of Levante UD in the relegation dogfight.
