Rivers Angels Hit NAF Queens for 12 in Federation Cup Rout

Rivers Angels delivered a ruthless performance to thrash NAF Queens 12-0 in their 2026 President Federation Cup Round of 32 clash.

Grace Saliu opened the scoring in the ninth minute before adding her second of the game in the 25th minute to put Rivers Angels firmly in control.

Abasiofon Uwah got on the scoresheet in the 19th minute, while Patience Otubo added the fourth goal just before half-time.

The floodgates remained open after the break as Ramotalahi Kareem scored in the 49th minute and Tejiri Edward netted seven minutes later.

Zainab Oduga made it 7-0 in the 68th minute before Chisom Nwachukwu added another four minutes later.

Peace Effiong then stole the spotlight with a remarkable four-goal haul, scoring in the 73rd, 80th, 83rd and 86th minutes to complete the demolition.

The emphatic victory sends Rivers Angels comfortably into the next round of the competition.
