NPFL: Papa Daniel’s return boosts Niger Tornadoes Ahead of Plateau United Clash

By Wale Mustapha

Niger Tornadoes have received a significant boost with the return of key midfielder Papa Daniel, as they prepare for their Matchday 23 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clash against Plateau United on Sunday.

The Ikon Allah Boys will welcome their North Central rivals to Bako Kotangora Stadium in Minna for what promises to be a thrilling encounter.

Daniel missed Tornadoes’ last fixture against Nasarawa United due to an ankle injury but has now rejoined the squad in training and is set to feature in the upcoming match.

The Super Eagles B midfielder’s return provides a welcome boost to Coach Mohammed Magin’s side as they aim to build on their strong league standing with a positive result against the Peace Boys.

The Ikon Allah Boys head into the match with confidence, having recorded three wins, one draw, and two losses in their last six meetings with Plateau United.
