Bayern Munich send strong Real Madrid warning over Michael Olise with new kit reveal

Bayern Munich have used the launch of their new away kit to send a pointed message to Real Madrid over the future of French star Michael Olise, presenting the winger as the undisputed face of their project and insisting internally that he is “not for sale”.
The German champions unveiled the kit on Monday in a slick video that placed Olise at the centre of the campaign, appearing repeatedly in different scenes wearing the new strip. The production has been widely interpreted in Germany as a deliberate signal to Real Madrid that Bayern have no intention of allowing the 24-year-old to leave.
Club sources, cited by Sky Germany, say Bayern remain adamant that Olise will stay in Munich beyond this summer and that the club consider any potential transfer off the table “under any circumstances”.
Bayern trust Perez and player over Madrid links
According to the reports, Bayern continue to place full trust in assurances given directly by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, who is said to have told the Bavarian club that the European champions are not planning a move for Olise in the current transfer window.
Olise and his representatives are also understood to have personally reiterated to Bayern during the 2026 World Cup that his intention is to remain at the Allianz Arena, despite growing speculation in Spain and Germany that Madrid could test Bayern’s resolve.
That stance inside Bayern has not shifted, even after recent stories linking the French international with a high-profile switch to the Bernabeu. Officials and coaching staff at the six-time European champions are described as united behind a clear and firm position: Olise is central to the club’s sporting project and will not be sold.
Kompany hails future as Bayern project built around Olise
New head coach Vincent Kompany appeared in the club’s launch video and underlined the sense of continuity and ambition around Bayern’s plans, saying: “جميعنا متحمسون لما سياتي” – “We are all excited for what is to come.”
The Belgian’s words have been read as a public endorsement of Olise’s status as a cornerstone of his long-term vision. Bayern are already planning the coming season with Olise as one of the fundamental pillars of the side, around whom much of the attacking structure is expected to be built.
By pushing Olise so prominently in their marketing and sporting narrative, Bayern are not only appealing to fans but also reinforcing the idea that any departure would undermine a carefully mapped-out project under Kompany.
Contract to 2029 strengthens Bayern’s hand
Olise’s contract with Bayern runs until 2029 and, crucially, does not contain a release clause. That gives the Bundesliga giants a commanding position in any potential negotiations, as no club can trigger an automatic exit.
Even so, club directors are not contemplating offers and are instead exploring the possibility of improving the player’s existing deal. Discussions under consideration include a pay rise that would move Olise towards the top bracket of Bayern’s wage structure, reflecting both his importance on the pitch and his growing commercial value.
For now, Bayern’s message to Real Madrid – and to the rest of Europe’s elite – is as visible as the new away kit itself: Michael Olise is a Bayern Munich player, and the club intend to keep it that way.
