Nigerian striker Umar Sadiq inspired Real Sociedad to claim a 2-1 victory over Sevilla in the grueling Spanish LaLiga clash on Sunday.
It was Sadiq’s first goal of the season and also the first since he ruptured his ligament last in September 2022.
Sociedad took the lead inside opening fifth minutes when Marko Dmitrović inadvertently turned a free kick from Ander Barrenetxea to his own net.
