Eric Chelle visits Super Eagles players in Europe ahead of World Cup assignment

The head coach of Nigeria’s senior men’s national team, Eric Chelle, along with his assistant Hedi Taboubi, visited several Super Eagles players.

Players visited includs Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City), Moses Simon (FC Nantes), and Alex Iwobi (Fulham FC) at their respective clubs.

Eric Chelle attended the French Ligue 1 match between Nantes and Brest yesterday to observe winger Moses Simon in action.

He was on a meet-and-greet tour with various Super Eagles players during his time in Europe.

Preparations have already begun for the Super Eagles manager ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Rwanda in March 2025.

This took place ahead of 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

On March 19, 2025, the three time African champions will play Rwanda before hosting Zimbabwe three days later.
