Kingsley Eduwo: ES Sahel linked with move for Nigerian striker
Nigeria forward Kingsley Eduwo, currently without a club, is being linked with a move to Tunisian Ligue 1 side ES Sahel.
The 30-year-old centre-forward left Egyptian club El Masry on 1 July 2026 after helping them win the Egyptian League Cup during the 2025-26 season. He had joined El Masry from Algeria’s ES Setif in September 2025, moving on a free transfer.
A return to Tunisia would offer Eduwo another spell in a country where he has previously won the league title with Esperance in the 2021-22 season. He also lifted the Tunisian Cup with CS Sfaxien in 2020-21.
Eduwo has made 71 recorded Ligue 1 appearances and scored 16 goals during his career. He began his senior career in Nigeria with Gateway United and Sunshine Stars before joining Lobi Stars, then moved to CS Sfaxien in January 2018.
His subsequent career has included spells in Iraq, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria and Egypt. His highest recorded market value was €750,000, while his current valuation is €200,000.
Eduwo’s last recorded club was El Masry, and he is currently without a club as speculation grows over a possible move to ES Sahel.
