Tolu Arokodare continues goal-scoring form for Genk in stalemate against St. Truiden

Nigeria forward, Tolu Arokodare hits double figures of goals for Genk during a 2-2 draw with St. Truiden in a Belgian Jupiler Pro League encounter on Sunday.

The former Latvia-based player scored the first goal of the game in the 26th minute at the Daio Wasabi Staven, Sint-Truiden.

The goal was initially canceled before being restored after the goal check.

Adriano Bertaccini equalized for the host in the 66th minute and also put his side ahead in the 77th minute.

With the game set to end in victory for the host, an unfortunate own goal in the additional minutes of the second half by Leo Kokubo ensured that both sides shared the spoils.

Arokodare, who played the duration of the match, increased his goal tally to 10 with two assists after 16 league games.

His compatriot, Yira Sor replaced Jarne Stenckers in the 74th minute.

Genk maintained their leadership position on the table with 35 points after 16 games, four points ahead of Club Brugge.
