Yira Sor returns to training ahead of Amedspor’s Konyaspor test

Super Eagles winger Yira Sor has returned to full training after an injury kept him out of action for around six weeks, making him a possible selection option for Amedspor’s Turkish Super Lig meeting with Konyaspor on Saturday.
Sor suffered the setback during Amedspor’s league match against Trabzonspor last month. The injury ruled the 26-year-old out of several matches after he had made three league appearances and scored once for the club.
The rapid winger has now completed a return to full training, although Amedspor are yet to confirm whether he will feature against Konyaspor. His availability would offer a boost to a side that has made an unbeaten start to the campaign.
Amedspor have not lost in their past five league fixtures, winning three and drawing two. That run has placed them third in the Turkish Super Lig standings, with 14 points from seven matches.
Sor’s return comes as Amedspor seek to preserve their strong early-season form against Konyaspor.
