Nigerian midfielder Alex Iwobi delivered another standout performance for Fulham on Saturday, helping the Cottagers secure a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Playing at Selhurst Park, Iwobi was central to Fulham’s success, providing a brilliant assist for the second goal, which was expertly converted by Harry Wilson.

The 28-year-old has now registered two goals and two assists in 11 league appearances this season, continuing to make a significant impact for his new club.

Former Arsenal forward Emile Smith Rowe had earlier given Fulham the lead with a crucial goal just before the break, scoring in stoppage time of the first half.

The win lifted Fulham to seventh in the Premier League standings, with 18 points from 11 matches.

Fulham will next face Wolverhampton Wanderers when club football resumes following the international break, as Iwobi and his teammates look to build on their strong start to the season.
