Kenneth Omeruo scores first season goal in Kasimpasa’s defeat to Galatasaray

Nigeria defender, Kenneth Omeruo registered his first goal of new Turkish Super Lig season in his Kasimpasa’s 2-1 defeat to Galatasaray on Friday.
The Super Eagles’ vice captain who played the entire minutes got the consolatory goal for his side in the second half.
Ivorian striker, Wilfred Zaha scored in both halves to hand the hosts a convincing control of the match.
Omeruo rejoined the Turkish Super Lig side this summer from the Spanish Second Division side CD Leganes and he has been a regular in the team since then.
The 30-year-old defender will be left with mixed feelings opening his goal account for Kasimpasa on a second coming in a night their performance could not result to a point for them.
Despite the defeat, Kasimpasa stays 5th on the log with 18 points after 11 round of matches. They will next host Kayerispor in the next Matchday.
