Accra 2023: CAF announces eight men’s football teams for Ghana 2023 African Games

The Confederation of African Football, CAF have revealed countries that will battle for medals in men’s football event of 2023 African Games slated for Accra, Ghana in March.
The teams will be represented by their U20 men’s national teams along side hosts Ghana.
The teams are Benin, Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, South Sudan, Tunisia and Uganda.
The Flying Eagles will be hoping to go a step further this time after settled for Silver in the last edition held in Rabat, Morocco.
The African Games, Accra 2023 will take place from between 8th and 24th March, 2024 in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.
Burkina Faso claimed gold in the men’s at the last edition of the continental multisport event held in 2019 in Rabat, Morocco.
