Sporting Lagos’ Attacking Midfielder Rivio Ayemwenre is set to join Polish side, Śląsk Wrocław in the January transfer window.

Ayemwenre is on the Polish side’s January transfer wishlist after the Sports Director of Śląsk sent scouts to the country to keep track of the young and talented attacking midfielder with the hope of securing his signature in January according to Nairasportsng.com

Rivio Ayemwenre scored Sporting Lagos’ first-ever Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) goal and was instrumental to Sporting Lagos FC gaining promotion to the NPFL.

Joy filled his heart after the goal as he looked forward to a successful 2023/2024 NPFL season with the club.

On their target this season, he promised the fans that they’ll do their best to chase the league title after the opening league match.

The romance with the newly promoted Lagos team might come to an end according to sources.

He has scored a goal on five top flight games for the Lagos State based side.

Previously, Rivio played for Dakkada FC in the subsequent three seasons.

He joined Sporting in December 2022 and might depart the team after a year.
